Safety
The health and safety of our employees and partners are among TBS Group’s highest priorities.
We regularly organize training and refresher courses on occupational safety for our staff, while implementing workplace regulations to ensure the highest level of safety. In addition, we provide on-site canteen services, operate a mini-mart, and maintain an emergency medical clinic to safeguard hygiene and well-being for all employees working at the company.
TBS Group is also committed to ensuring that all our operations adhere to the principle of minimizing adverse impacts on the environment.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND GREEN INITIATIVES
Guided by the principle of “sustainable development,” TBS Group is committed to designing and constructing industrial facilities with lush green landscapes, harmoniously integrated with nature, to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for both employees and the surrounding community.
We strictly comply with the Environmental Protection Law by obtaining hazardous waste generator registration certificates, conducting environmental impact assessments, and submitting regular monitoring reports. In particular, we partner with professional units for the transportation and treatment of waste to completely eliminate harmful factors in the production process.
Through continuous efforts, TBS Group has developed a network of modern factories and infrastructure that meet environmental-friendly and sustainable development standards.
We strive to embed environmental sustainability into every stage of our projects. This includes designing buildings to adapt to changing climate conditions, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and promoting the use of renewable energy sources. We also aim to reduce water consumption, encourage the use of recycled or treated water, harvest rainwater, and manage waste through improved construction efficiency and increased recycling.
Green Project – Footwear & Handbag Manufacturing
Launched in November 2014, the new waste and chemical treatment processes at TBS Footwear & Handbag factories have been significantly improved:
A wastewater treatment system capable of producing Type A standard domestic wastewater and Type B standard industrial wastewater, with a capacity of up to 1,500 m³/day-night.
Use of water-based, environmentally friendly chemicals for 100% of handbag production and 80% of footwear production, with the remaining 20% using PU adhesive free of Toluene.
Dust and vapor from grinding, cutting, and sealing processes are captured through suction hoods or exhaust fans, then processed through cyclone separators and fabric filters before being released through chimneys up to 12 meters high.
Cyclone equipment can process up to 10 tons of emissions per hour from rice husk-fueled boilers, using water absorption treatment before discharging through a 14-meter chimney.
Green Project – ICD Tân Vạn (TBS Logistics)
- At the ICD TBS Tân Vạn warehouses, advanced Thermatech roofing panels are installed to reflect heat and reduce roof surface temperatures by up to 6°C, mitigating the Urban Heat Island effect and lowering energy consumption by 15%.
- Modern security systems, including CCTV cameras, fire prevention equipment, and 24/7 monitoring personnel, ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Surrounded by landscaped green parks, the facility is designed to provide abundant fresh air and a healthy working environment for all employees.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Commitment
TBS Group places great importance on corporate social responsibility, regarding it as a foundation for sustainable development and meaningful contributions to the community. Committed to creating long-term value, the Group not only focuses on minimizing environmental impacts but also actively participates in community support programs, enhancing quality of life, and creating development opportunities for local residents through its adherence to the “Ly Nông Không Ly Hương” (leave farming without leaving one’s hometown) program.
