JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Inspect patterns and arrange production tools and equipment (knives, embossing molds, etc.).

– Monitor and finalize footwear products, and join meetings with customers regarding CS1, CS2, CS3 issues.

– Implement sewing and lasting technologies at the factory, ensuring compliance with process and schedule.

– Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues arising during production.

– Propose and participate in process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

– University degree in Footwear Technology or related fields.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in the footwear industry.

– Strong knowledge of pattern making, shoe manufacturing processes, and sewing/lasting technologies.

– Good analytical and problem-solving skills; high sense of responsibility.

– Candidates with experience working directly with international clients are preferred.
