On the morning of July 31, 2024, the TBS Group scholarship award ceremony was held at the UEL Startup & Language Space, University of Economics and Law (UEL), in Linh Xuan Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City.
The event was attended by TBS Group representatives, including Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director, and Mr. Tran Ngoc Dong, Director of Organization and Human Resource Development. From the University of Economics and Law, attendees included Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Thi Thuy Giang, Vice Rector of UEL; Mr. Bui Hoang Mol, M.A., Deputy Head of the Department of Development Cooperation; Mr. Le Van Vi, M.A., Deputy Head of the Student Affairs Department; and a number of outstanding students from the 2023-2024 academic year.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, representing TBS Group, shared: “Beyond being a sponsor for the TBS Group Scholarship Fund, we aspire to be a companion—someone who will stand by students on their journey to acquire knowledge and build their future careers. We may be from different generations and face different challenges, but I believe we all share one thing in common: the desire for success and the greater dream of contributing to the development of our country.” Mr. Tuan expressed his gratitude to the leadership and faculty of the University of Economics and Law for creating the conditions for TBS Group to accompany the nation’s future generation and contribute to Vietnam’s education.

Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Thi Thuy Giang, Vice Rector of UEL, also extended her thanks to TBS Group for its attention to the university and its students. Dr. Giang noted that the scholarships are a great source of motivation, helping students to be more confident and strive harder on their journey, making them worthy of the community’s support. At the same time, she praised TBS Group’s sense of community responsibility.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Thi Thuy Giang, Vice Rector of the University of Economics and Law, also extended her thanks to TBS Group.
At the ceremony, TBS Group representatives awarded each outstanding student a scholarship worth 10 million VND. This is a well-deserved reward for the students’ continuous efforts throughout the past year.
