On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, TBS Group organized the conference “Overcoming Challenges, Developing Sustainably” on August 31, 2023, at the Mai House Saigon Hotel.
The conference was attended by more than 300 managers from industrial production complexes and factories across the TBS Group system. The event marked over 34 years of solid foundation building. Today, TBS Group is proud of a new milestone on its journey of development and organizational restructuring, as it transitions from a period of concentrated development to a new phase of growth based on production chains. This was also an opportunity for key personnel—individuals who have been with the group since its difficult early days—to reflect on the past and connect for the future, all for the sustainable development of TBS.
At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Vui, Secretary of the TBS Group Party Committee, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Trade Union Executive Committee, extended her heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their support in helping the company navigate through difficult times over the past few years. The recent achievements are of utmost importance in strengthening human resources, which is a decisive factor for the sustainable development of the business. These achievements demonstrate the group’s readiness and flexibility to quickly adapt to economic and social fluctuations. We hope that the challenges will become a driving force, further reinforcing the solid foundation that TBS Group has been building every day.
