Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Search for and select potential clients in the field of real estate leasing and investment.

– Consult and take care of clients, arrange project site tours (land plots and housing for lease).

– Promote brokerage activities, coordinate with related departments in monitoring, negotiating, and organizing contract signings.

– Develop client networks and databases, and report to superiors upon request.

– Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to update knowledge for the job.

– Prepare periodic reports in accordance with company regulations.

– Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

– Contribute ideas to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and company competitiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

– Male/Female, aged 18–30, with a minimum education level of vocational/college diploma or higher.

– Passionate about sales/business, enthusiastic, and hardworking.

– Confident in communication, persuasive, and flexible in behavior.

– Ability to work independently or in teams.

– Own a laptop and personal means of transportation for work.

– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Retail.
